Events in Berwick -upon-Tweed

BERWICK 900

In 2015 we’re celebrating 900 years of Berwick’s history …….... and everyone’s invited!

Berwick-upon-Tweed in Northumberland is the place to be during 2015 when we will be telling our turbulent history as a Border town and using our streets, buildings, fortifications, riverside and parks as a fantastic backdrop and stage for an exciting, accessible and inclusive Festival programme.

Our events programme will be arranged in a series of “story themes” based around special Berwick 900 events and traditional community events in the town’s annual calendar:-
